See inside the £80-million makeover to one of the world's most famous clock towers

From a new color scheme to fresh gold gilding, London's iconic Elizabeth Tower has undergone an £80m ($91m) renovation project that put the famous Big Ben bell largely out of action for five years. International tourists have never been permitted inside the tower, but CNN took a tour with Parliament's Estates Historian Dr. Mark Collins to see the work done so that the iconic Big Ben will bong again.
